The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 30, resides at the above mentioned address since his birth with father Rajendra age 60 years and mother Bansati age 54 years. The Complainant and his family runs a business of laundry , and out of said business income, the livelihood is being earned for the family.
The Complainant usually wake up at 08.00 am and wash and iron the clothes of the customers and then deliver them to the doorstep of the customers. For that the Complainant was using his Honda Activa motor scooter (MH- 01 DC-1342) .
On 13/06/22 at 6:00 PM. the Complainant went to deliver clothes to a customer in a residential building namely KSA Life Tower, along with the that customer clothes brought for the delivery, the Complainant also brought clothes of Mr. Ali, for delivery , as he is living in the same area, which was kept on his Honda Activa two- wheeler. The Complainant by parking his Motorcycle under the KSA Life tower , went for delivering the clothes and returned after 5-10 minutes after delivering the clothes to the customer but to his surprise the clothes of Mr Ali which he had placed on the said scooter were not found, therefore he searched for them in the surrounding area but could not find them.
The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had dishonestly stolen clothes of his customer, of the following description, thus have came to the police station to file a complaint;

The Complainant confirmed that he will be able to identify the said vehicle from others.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
