The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 58yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since his birth, with his family. The Complainant is in the business of selling Samosas at APMC Food Market, Vashi out of his income the livelihood is being earned for the family.
The Complainant purchased a Samsung A13 6gb ram /128gb mobile phone on 4th April 2022 for his personal use. The said mobile phone was financed by a company called Samsung Term Finance. On 28/05/2022, after coming home from work around 11.00 o’clock, The Complainant handled the mobile phone and put the mobile phone on charging near the bed and slept by inadvertently keeping the door of the room open. On 29/5/2022 approximately 02.30 AM when he woke up , he looked at his mobile phone, it was still there and again went to sleep. After that around 06.00 AM. When The Complainant woke up , he looked for the said mobile phone, but it was not there, so he looked it everywhere in & around his house but he could not find his mobile phone.
The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had entered his house through the open door and took his used mobile phone, a wallet containing document some money, cash Rs. 10,000 rupees kept in purse has been stolen by someone. The description of the stolen item is as follows.

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
