The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 27, resides at the above mentioned address since 8 yrs, with her family i.e. husband Asfak age 35 years, son Md. Anfal age 12 years, daughter Riba age 10 years. The Complainant’s husband is in the business of making dyes , out of said work income, the livelihood is being earned for the family.
The Complainant’s son Anfal is studying in class 07 in Antonio D’Souza High School and he goes to Haris Tower, 2nd Mala, Opp.Mestri Chawl, Byculla West, Mumbai for tuition. Therefore, they have bought Son Anfal an Avon 26 B/ LTD COMPLETE bicycle. The said bicycle is Purchased on 12/10/2021 from VS BROTHERS AND CO. 456, at Kalbadevi Road, Mumbai-02
On 03.11.2022 at around 07.00 PM. , their son Md. Anfal, took the said bicycle at M. C. A. Maidan to play. While going to play in the field, he parked his bicycle in front of Imran Apartment, Y.M.C.A. Road, Y.M.C.A. Maidan, Agripada, Mumbai. At that time son Md. Anfal did not lock the cycle and the key was also not taken out. At 07.30 pm after playing in the field, Anfal came to the bicycle parking place, but he did not find his bicycle there. Md. Anfal tried to get hold of the said cycle but he did not get the cycle, therefore he informed the same over the phone to complainant and her husband. The Complainant and Complainant’s relatives searched MCA Maidan area, Kalapani area and Nagpada but the said bicycle was not found
The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had stolen bicycle of the following description, thus have came to the police station to file a complaint;

The Complainant confirmed that he will be able to identify the said vehicle from others.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
