The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 39, resides at the above mentioned address since 12 yrs, with his family. The Complainant works as taxi driver since 12yrs , and have been carrying interior design business, out of said work income, the livelihood is being earned for the family.
The Complainant bought old used dark gray color Honda Activa Motor Scooter no. MH-01- BH-2613 from agent Mr Vipin Kumar Jha, Mobile No. 7605035897 , the bike is in the name of Mr Arvind Dhiraj Shah was. The application is submitted to RTO office for transferring it in his name. As the Complainant interior design work is going on in Agripada area, thus he used to bring his Motor bike to Agripada and park it on the roadside at Meghraj Shetty Marg, 247, Opposite General Medical, Agripada, Mumbai, and then used to travel by local train from Mumbai Central to Mira Road for going home. On 09/10/2022 at around 12:30 PM, the Complainant took his Activa Motor Scooter to his abovementioned parking place, the locked and parked on the road side as usual and kept its keys with him. Then on 11/10/2022 at around 03:00 PM the Complainant came to Agripada and went to the said place where my motor scooter was parked but did not find the above described motor scooter, thus he looked around for his scooter but he couldn’t find. After that, the Complainant thought that his motor scooter been towed to Nagpada and tardeo Transport Department, therefore he enquired over such places, but there also it’s not found.
The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had stolen Activa motor scooter in his possession, of the following description, thus have came to the police station to file a complaint;

The Complainant confirmed that he will be able to identify the said vehicle from others.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
