The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, Age 47 Years, Police Hawaldar No.34146, resides at the above mentioned address with wife named Preksha aged 38 years, son named Vaibhav aged 19 years, younger son named Sujal aged 18 years. The Complainant joined the Brihanmumbai Police Force in the year 1995 and presently posted as a General Officer in Agripada Police Station since the year 2022., out of such income livelihood is being earned for the family.
On 21/06/2022, at 20.00 hrs. the Complainant attended duty for night shift duty at Agripada station . the Complainant while patrolling with Hawaldar.No.971152/Mane driver, at around 23.25 hrs a message was received from the Central Control Room that two person were fighting with each other at Sakhali Street, Ekbal Kamani, Madanpura Byculla Mumbai. When patrolling staff went to the, two person were fighting with each other. They were detained for disturbing public peace by fighting in public places. When their whereabouts was asked they informed as given hereinabove The said two Isams were quarreling and fighting with each other in a public place. They were taken into custody for legal action and taken to Agripada Police Station for causing public nuisance by fighting in a public place.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
