Offense committed at time place date 27/07/2023 at 06:00 AM. Ex-Army Officer at Quarters Campus, Camp, Pune. I Goods sold- 10 to 12 feet long and 10 to 12 inches thick diameter worth Rs.20,000/-
A total of 5 sandalwood trees, approximately 3 to 4 years old Rs.20,000/-.
I, Jitendra Kumar Shah, Age-37 years, Res. Armed Forces Medical Store Depot, Dr. Koyaji Road, Camp, Pune, Mobile. No. 8210071710 today appeared before Bund Garden Police Station to file a complaint and give my statement as:
I stay alone at Armed Forces Medical Store Depot, Dr. Koyaji Road, Camp, Pune. My family’s native place is in the State of Bihar, at Mohammadpur. I am working as Naik in Armed Forces Medical S. My Depot Pune. I am responsible for all maintenance of the Army of Quarters at PG Road, Pune Camp. There are sandalwood trees and forests on the campus.
Today on 27/07/2023 around 06.00 AM while I was patrolling our camp as usual, I saw sandalwood trees in the campus cut down and their branches thrown on the end road opposite Quarter No-21 C 14A and 14C. When I went and inspected the place, I found that a total of five sandalwood trees were cut on the campus, so I took this matter to our senior officer Naib Subedar Shri. Mogul Gajanan Nayabrao, came to the spot shortly. When we looked around, we noticed that the campus compound wall was destroyed and also saw that, the wire fencing on top of it was cut down. Thereafter we tried to take stock of the remaining sandalwood and the unknown person but were not able to trace anything or anyone.
From this we are sure that someone unknown has broken the wall of the compound of army officer quarters campus and stole the fencing wire and sandalwood trees on it. We informed about this incidence to senior officers Squadron Leander Ravi ji, O.I.C.R.W.A P. G. Road and President Brigadier P. K. Sharma, and upon their orders I have come to Bundgarden Police Station, Pune City to file a complaint.
Following is the description of our stolen sandalwood trees from the campus.
1) A single sandalwood tree of 10 to 12 feet in length and 10 to 12 inches thick in diameter, approximately 3 to 4 years old, worth Rs.20,000/-.
Therefore, today on 27/07/2023 at 06:00 am, a total of 5 Sandalwood trees of the above description and value have been stolen by some unknown thief for the fraudulent purpose for his own financial gain from the Army Officer Quarters Campus of Pune, hence, I have a legal complaint against the said unknown thief.
When the answer typed in Marathi on the computer is read out to me and explained in Hindi, it is correct as I said it.
