The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 36 yrs, resides at the above mentioned address with her father Mahadev Gangadhar Ganore, age 59 years, mother Anuradha Ganore, age 56 years, sister Priya Ganore, age 32 years. The Complainant is Accounting work at private firm, on such income livelihood is being earned for family.   

The Complainant left his work place in the evening on 22/10/2022 and got down by bus at Ansari Chowk, New Nagpada and from there walked towards his home. Around 05:55 pm he reached in front of Byculla Fire Brigade Office, Khada Parsi Signal, Byculla, when the motor scooter rider came at high speed from the lane of E-Ward office and hit the complainant  with his motor scooter, injuring his left leg. At that time on looking at the said scooter, it is black in color MH-04 DQ-5508. Seeing the said accident, a crowd of people gathered there with the traffic police, police on duty asked who caused the accident, asked to take complainant  to the hospital for treatment as her leg was injured. So such unknown person (accused) took her to Nair Hospital for treatment in a taxi and left her Hospital without telling , after that the complainant called her father and informed abt  an accident and that of Nair Hospital treatment. Within a short time, her father came to the said place and took her to ward no. 3 

After that, the police of Agripada police station came to the said place and the complainant was asked to file a complaint regarding the said accident, since the complainant was undergoing treatment at that time and her mental condition was not good, It was said that she sould inform about this later. At Nair hospital the complainant’s left leg was examined and told that it was fractured , accordingly operated and she was discharged on 27/10/2022. After that, as her condition is fine’   Therefore the complainant have  come to the police station to file a complaint against the motor car driver who caused the accident by driving his motor car recklessly and carelessly, causing severe injury to his left leg.  

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
